Khalid Bahig | Chairman and CEO

Spearheading RED’s mission towards streamlined customer-centric real estate solutions; Khaled is quite the legend in the field. Having been the CEO of Coldwell Banker since 2008, and having extensive track records in the insurance field for both Alico and Ace, Khaled excels at recognizing, refining and realizing prime real estate opportunities for real estate buyers and developers. With a customer-focused strategy towards complete market domination, RED’s captain at the helm has the sales records and capabilities to empower clients in their decision-making processes.

Mohamed Banany | Managing Director

RED’s co-founder and real estate guru is more than familiar with taking challenging high-reward risks, having leapt from the stock market over to the real estate world. Mohamed’s experience is extensive, having served many years as an accomplished Marketing Director, and leading the New Homes initiative along with CEO Khaled Bahig since 2008. Helping clients make the right decisions is second nature to RED’s Managing Director, who has demonstrated countlessly the many ways he can navigate strategic real estate investment decisions.

Abeer Salah | VP of Operations

Many things make Abeer the powerhouse of proficiency that she is today; a passion for technology, two decades of real estate experience, and an impressive track record with Coldwell Banker and New Homes throughout Lebanon, Dubai, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia are just a few. RED’s VP of Operations is on a mission to streamline business processes, in line with ongoing market trends, technological advancements and customer insights, to ensure customer experiences are on point and on expectations.

Amr Shams | VP of Business Development

If we were to describe RED’s own Amr Shams in two words, he’d be a restless workhorse. With 35 years of experience in the fields of Business Management, P&L, Operations, Marketing and Sales. Amr is the main engine that drives RED forward and makes clients eager to repeat their experiences with it. Having been the CEO and Country President of the Insurance Shark Tank, Amr has mastered everything from Operations, Restructuring, Rebuilding, Budgeting, Finance, HR and Compliance, as well as recruiting, training, developing and managing massive sales teams of up to 2000 employees. Shams amalgamates this priceless exposure to deliver RED’s 3Cs Promise: Customer Centric Commitment.

Tarek Bahig | CSO

RED’s own agent of change is nothing short of a savant when it comes to all things strategy. A multi-award winning strategy consultant, Tarek has worked with internationally acclaimed entities both corporate and governmental. Boasting 20 years of consultancy experience, Tarek has been supplying hundreds of business owners and executives with expert market advice, and today, he leverages this vast experience for the benefit of RED’s clients. His solidified status as a legendary strategy and senior sales guru helps clients maneuver challenging decisions and make history with their investments. 

Moatasem Kotb | Board Member
